Currently, we start our meetings at 7:15 pm in Prosper. This time previously fitted with our host’s opening hours. However, they’ve since adjusted their opening hours to suit their clientele, which means they close earlier than before. Now, our meetings keep them at work for longer than they would normally stay.

We love meeting in Prosper, so we want to accommodate them as they accommodate us. Therefore, we’re in talks to meet at an earlier time. It’s not as straightforward as it might seem: another group meets there on alternate Wednesdays. Sometimes, depending on how the months fall, there’s a clash, which is why we start after they’ve finished.

We’re working on a solution that will allow both groups to continue meeting in Prosper, while inconveniencing our host as little as possible. We hope to sort something out in time for our first meeting of 2024 on 3 January. Watch this space for updates!
