Important things to note
Before you submit any piece of work, whether an article or a project, please note the following:
- Your text is subject to editing for spelling and grammar, largely according to the Oxford Manual of Style, the Oxford Spelling Dictionary, the Oxford Dictionary of English and the Oxford English Dictionary.
- The rules apply to each submission you make; please make sure you’ve read, understood and accepted the relevant part of the privacy policy before you submit anything.
- If you post your work online, whether here or elsewhere, some publishers consider it to have been published already, which may cause problems if you try to republish it. By submitting your work here, you do not grant Ely Writers the copyright or publishing rights, which means you retain both copyright and publishing rights.
If you thought that the form was tedious to fill in, please spare a thought for the editor, who has to convert its contents into a post!
